British in spirit. Made to be kept.
Willson Richard designs considered clothing drawn from the traditions of British tailoring — for people who want that character without the heritage-brand price.
restraint
noun · the quality of doing less, better
We have little interest in logos worn loudly, or in trends that fade by winter.
What we offer is quieter and more lasting: cloth chosen for how it wears, a fit that grows more familiar the longer you keep it, and pieces designed to be worn for years rather than a season.
The standard behind the crest.
Considered, not rushed.
Every piece begins with the cloth. We choose wool, cotton and linen for feel and for longevity, then set the specification and the fit — how it should sit, how it should move, how it should still work in ten years.
It is design with the restraint of something made properly: clean lines, quiet detail, and nothing added that the garment does not need.
We put our name on it. That is the whole standard.
